This motel is a gem! We are tenters but fair weather ones. The weather was inclement so we decided to motel it for the night. The proprietor was friendly, not pushy or overbearing. Our room was immaculate and very well equipped with a kitchenette, sofa, small table and two chairs and everything one would need to prepare and serve a meal to a family of four. Sink, stove dishes etc. were all like new. The room was on the main floor and very quiet and, although it was on the main road to the Hot Springs, it was extremely quiet. We would definitely recommend the Gateway.
